For the past few months, I've worked closely with the editors of 5280 Magazine on a feature article on Ben Parsons, the winemaker and owner of Denver's Infinite Monkey Theorem winery. It appeared in the September issue of the magazine — it even made the cover as a secondary story teaser.

Varaison Vineyards in Palisade brought two versions of its 2007 merlot and a 2006 chardonnay bordering on dessert style called the Crème Burlee. Boulder Creek Winery’s 2006 VIP Reserve also made it to the tasting.
