Housed in an industrial complex a stone’s throw away from Interstate 70 and Pecos and Denver's chic Highlands neighborhood, four unique Colorado vineyards and wineries have tasting rooms open for business. The Bonacquisti Wine Co. anchors the spot, having been operating as a full-scale winery and tasting room since 2005. Verso Cellars, a Winter Park winery that focuses on Cabernet Sauvignon, and two Western Slope mainstays, Garfield Estates and Cottonwood Cellars, which also bottles Olathe Winery-labeled wines, have also recently moved tasting rooms into the complex. Billed as Denver’s urban wine tasting destination, this new initiative pools the resources of four Colorado winemakers into one location.
